Terms & Conditions of Service

Your Account

2. You must be a human or at least a 'Sentient' lifeform to register an account for this service. registration by automated methods or 'bots' is not permitted.

1. Entering valid credit card details are required to ensure continued service on your account after your free trial has expired.

2. When you elect to pay for service, you will be billed monthly or annually (your choice) starting on the 30th day after your account was initially created. If you cancel prior to the processing of your first payment on the 30th day, you will not be charged.

3. The Service is billed monthly or yearly in advance and is non-refundable. No refunds for partial usage of service will be given, no upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions will be made.

4. All fees are quoted on the website are exclusive of VAT. (VAT is charged in addition @ 23% for services delivered within Ireland. Services delivered within the EU (excepting Ireland) may avail of VAT exemption if a valid VAT number is supplied upon sign-up. No VAT is charged on service delivered outside the EU.

5. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, you will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing point.

6. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of your Account. does not accept any liability for such loss.

Cancellation and Termination

1. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account Cancellation link on the bottom of the Account page. (Account Tab)

2. All of your data will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.

3. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
